Shipping policy

Each Kept Piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipment.

Once your piece is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard U.S. shipping is available for $6.95. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination.

At this time, Kept ships within the United States only.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, email me and I’ll do my best to assist.
